How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meals are designed to last 5-7 days in your refrigerator. Because we do not use artificial preservatives, we recommend keeping them chilled at all times and eating seafood or fragile vegetable dishes earlier in the week.
Can I customize my sides?
Yes. While our base plans are structured for specific goals, you can swap out starches for extra vegetables, or change your base grain during the weekly selection process.
How do I heat the meals?
Remove the lid and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. If you prefer the oven, transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warm throughout.
